How do I pay at looks ’n labels?
LOOKS ’N LABELS provides save payment through the well known services of OGONE by means of a common payment card, VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD.
When you have entered all required data in the online order sheet, you can choose the payment method. A connection will then be made with the secure payment system in order to process your payment in a correct and secure way.
Collection in the shop
If you wish to come to the shop and collect your product there, you are more than welcome. Please make sure that you completely finish the order process (inclusive your payment). For delivery mode, please select “collection in shop”. The product will be reserved for you and you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your reservation and the opening hours of our shop. Please make sure that you pick up your goods within 30 days after receipt of your confirmation if you wish to use the possibility to change your purchase in our shop. As it is for all articles bought in our web shop, returns or changes are only accepted with 30 days.
What happens if a product seems faulty at arrival?
All our products are carefully checked before sending. However if you should notice a product failure when unpacking, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt, clearly describing the problem. We will contact you asap to see if we can replace the item. All default articles need to be returned asap to Jeurissen Couture, Kapelstraat 12, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium.
I would like to send a present, is this possible?
Of course, LOOKS ’N LABELS has a great selection of presents especially in the accessories line: bags, scarves, gloves, necklaces, Marc by Marc IT accessories and jewelry, ……..
If you want to surprise somebody, please make sure you fill in the delivery address of the lucky one and if you wish to add some sweet words, just write them down in the remark field and mention that you wish a present wrapping with card and we will take care of it.
What if I am not home when the product is delivered?
When you order you will know approximately when the product will be delivered. Try to make sure you request a delivery on an address where you are sure somebody will be present during working hours (your work, neighbours, …….). The place of delivery is requested when you enter your order. In step 2 you get the possibility to enter another delivery address when you select this option.
When there is nobody home at the moment of delivery, a note will be put in the mailbox with the data for pick-up. With this note you need to go to the address mentioned on the card and pick up the products within a given time frame.
When do I receive my order?
When we receive an order with payment confirmation before 14.00 pm, the order will be processed the same day. Delivery times are depending on the destination. Please consult the details on the “return and delivery page on our home page.
I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, please click on the sign in / register button on the top of the home page. Indicate that you forgot your password and fill in your e-mail address.

Do I need to register with looks ‘n labels
The first time you order with us, you will be requested to enter your personal data to enable us to send you your order. When registered, you just need to identify yourself with your e-mail and password the next time you order. This will save you time and effort. At any time you can update your contact data.
You can register by clicking on sign in/register on top of the homepage. You can then set-up a personal account or sign in with your personal username and password that you already received.
Is the choice of articles on the website exactly the same as in the shop?
NO, as we find that some articles are difficult to sell without really trying them on and on the other hand some articles would be not suitable for sales in our shop, we select each season the articles that we put online. Because of different moments of deliveries, our offer will change frequently so we advise you to vist our shop on a regular basis, or join our Facebook page to be informed about new entries.
How do I know that the size is right?
The sizes for clothing mentioned in the selection list are all referenced to French sizes. Since we have international labels that are not all originally marked as French sizes, please consult the size table to see how the labels mentioned in the selection list match with US sizes, UK sizes and Italian sizes. In the detailed description of the product, you also find some additional useful advice on the fitting. What is included in the price?
The price is mentioned with each article. This price is VAT included. Transport prices are clearly mentioned within the delivery specifications. Transport cost will depend on the destination of the shipment and will be offered for free when you order for a given amount.
